I love the aesthetics of early horror movies and of many things gory. This piece came up together fairly organically combining a
beautifully strange visual from a takeaway outdated library book on Werewolves
and a Supermarket poster advertising discounted pork. Some Photoshop &
tracing paper in addition to give it a feel of being aged.
The theme for the book came along with it – imagine a book
that most likely doesn’t exist; yet you’d love to have it on your bookshelf and
design a cover for it! Here’s where the bookshelf on page one comes in –
please, add your title on any of the plain spines!
Really hope you’ll have fun with it!
What a great idea!!!! I love getting art inspiration from stuff I've read. Perrrrfect. . . hmm, now, how to choose. . .
